Home Makeover Madness
has taken over my life for the past 3.5 weeks. If I’m not at work I’m either at Lowes or Home Depot several times everyday picking out backsplashes to counter tops…to grout color…to the perfect sink, tile, lighting fixtures..etc.etc.etc.
Been living like the college dorm life - sufficing with only a microwave, paper plates, and takeout pretty much every night since saying sayonara to our old sink, stove, and cabinets!…dust and debris aimlessly floating around everywhere and in anything has definitely put a hamper into our daily life. Even the pets hated it. But, it’s the small sacrifices one must endure when undergoing a complete kitchen and dining renovation. For those who’ve survived similar drastic situations, I salute ya!
On a positive note, we’re in the last few days of installations and our life can resume its regularly scheduled programming!
I love my contractor and her (yes HER) hardworking and talented team! Thanks for everything.
